Mallard is the area just outside the bustling University City, north of Charlotte. Mallard offers several quiet subdivisions with mature trees, some of which enjoy direct entrances to the Mallard Creek Greenway trail system which provides opportunities for fitness, recreation, and enjoying nature. Charlotte's two major interstates (85 & 77) are both easily accessible from Mallard Grove. Uptown Charlotte and Charlotte Douglas International Airport are both only about twenty minutes away, and two of Charlotte's most popular malls: Concord Mills and Northlake, are nearby.
