Find Greater Charlotte Homes

"Dawn just helped us find and close on our first home and we couldn’t be happier! She was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process and always available when we had questions. We would recommend her services to anyone looking for a new home!"

by Jessi P.

"Dawn was and is fantastic! As first time home buyers, my husband and I interviewed a lot of realtors and never felt the ‘connection’ until we met with Dawn. She was recommended to us by my sister in law who had to move in a hurry; Dawn made the process easy and pain-free for her. When we started looking, Dawn took the time to go with me to several houses in one day; we found the house we wanted and put an offer in right after. In this market you have to move very quickly, but we never felt pressured. When viewing houses, she takes the time to go over potential issues or problematic areas and really shows that she cares that the house you pick is going to be the best one for you, your family, and your situation. I know I can speak for my husband when I saw we feel very fortunate we were able to work with Dawn!"

by Kasey O.

"Dawn is really down to earth approachable and personable if there are any issues, she goes above and beyond to find a resolution . She works for the best interest of her clients and doesn’t give up, she’s very thoughtful and remains professional at all times."

by Chinda H.

"Dawn made our experience of home buying in a crazy market from out of state a good experience, she was patient, honest and dedicated, list or buy with Dawn and you won’t be disappointed!"

by Carrie L.

"We have worked with Dawn twice now, she is great, and definitely made the whole process easier on us. She helped us get the house we wanted, which was one of 8 in the community that we wanted, in this market that's much crazier than the normal already pretty crazy Charlotte market. There were multiple offers, I believe 7 on the home we bought, and Dawn from day one was working with the seller's agent to make sure she knew we were going to present our best offer. We also didn't overpay for the house, and actually were able to buy under the appraisal even though we didn't have the highest offer. I believe Dawn's communication with the seller's agent played a part in us having the winning offer. TLDR - 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend"

"Dawn Johnson is the best realtor in Charlotte NC!!! I lived in the Republic of Panama for six months, by way of Virginia. During my time there, a realtor friend from Northern Virginia introduced me to Dawn via email, because I decided to move to Charlotte after my time in Panama. I communicated my home desires to Dawn via WhatsApp, conversations and emails. I made a trip to Charlotte over a 3 day visit to look at homes. Dawn was deliberate in only showing me homes that fit my very specific criteria. I found my forever home during that visit! If you are looking for a true professional realtor who listens, always responds to questions in a timely manner, and gets the job done, you must use Dawn Johnson!!! Dawn@SellByDawn.com! Thank you so much my friend!"

by Rick G.

"I can not recommend Dawn Johnson enough! She helped my husband and I list our first house, which went under contract in TWO days! Then quickly turned around and helped us find our dream house, successfully closing on both the same day. She is down to earth, flexible and extremely reliable. Dawn listened to our needs and wants throughout the buying and selling process. Dealing with heated issues multiple times throughout our transactions, she handled all situations with the upmost professionalism and grace. We cannot say thank you enough!"

by Stephanie P.

"I highly recommend Dawn for her expertise in the Charlotte market as well as her patience and demeanor! Any customer would be lucky to have Dawn as their realtor! 5 stars ?"
